On the afternoon of December 17, 2025, Ms. Pham Thi Duc Hanh – Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of My Duc Minh Company, made a business trip from Quy Nhon to Pleiku, together with Mr. Nguyen Tran Quang Son – Deputy Director of Gia Lai Innovation Center, to meet and work with several young enterprises here.

At the meeting, representatives of My Duc Minh Company and officials from the Gia Lai Department of Science & Technology listened to the actual difficulties in business operations, especially the challenges faced by young enterprises: This allowed them to timely accompany, support, and provide further motivation to individuals and organizations determined to break through in 2026.

Among the shared contents: Human resources and business administration were the two most frequently mentioned issues. It is clear that a generation of young entrepreneurs with strong expertise, rich aspirations for innovation, desires to reach a wider market, not only domestically but also internationally.

Through practical discussions and a short on-site experiential activity, the entrepreneurs collectively realized a core point:

The young enterprises participating in the meeting have all made commendable initial steps, while also demonstrating a readiness to break through and reach out to the world – not only for their own development but also to spread belief and motivation to the Gia Lai business community.
