From November 9th to 14th, 2025, Ms. Pham Thi Duc Hanh – CEO of My Duc Minh JSC., accompanied a delegation of Vietnamese entrepreneurs to participate in the “Sydney Business Networking Program” held in Sydney, Australia. Organized by the LQT Institute of Contemporary Entrepreneurs, the program aimed to expand the Vietnam-Australia business community network, as well as to visit and work with Western Sydney University.

Networking with Vietnamese entrepreneurs in Australia is a truly valuable activity. These overseas Vietnamese business leaders not only strive for their companies’ success and ensure their families’ well-being and growth but also serve as ambassadors who leave a lasting positive impression of the Vietnamese people—hardworking, professional, highly creative, intelligent, and family-oriented—in the eyes of the local community.
During this meeting, we did not only discuss studying abroad, purchasing real estate, or settlement processes in Australia. We also gained precious insights into strategies for delivering customer service that exceeds expectations—to ensure customer loyalty, encourage referrals, and foster a company culture where employees are treated as family and remain deeply committed to the organization.
Furthermore, both parties exchanged perspectives on investment development, business growth, and two-way trade opportunities between Australia and Vietnam.

This is a pivotal moment when many overseas Vietnamese wish to return to Vietnam to invest, work, and spend their retirement years. Vietnamese policies are currently offering significant incentives to attract talent, startups, science, technology, and innovation. The timing is exceptionally favorable.
For Vietnamese entrepreneurs looking to expand to Australia through reputable Vietnamese consulting firms, comprehensive information regarding real estate, taxation, business legal regulations, personal income, family policies, and children’s education will be fully provided to ensure a safe and smooth transition.
Although the networking session lasted only a few hours, the practical information shared fostered a deep connection between both sides, paving the way for effective future cooperation among entrepreneurs.
Our sincere thanks to Mr. Ly Qui Trung and the LQT Institute of Contemporary Entrepreneurs for organizing this trip to Australia for the Vietnamese delegation. We also extend our gratitude to Mr. Thanh Tung Le (CEO of Bluewise Group), Mr. Van Duc Le (Tax Consultant at ADV Partner), MA Financial, Strafurd York, and AGS for participating and sharing invaluable insights alongside other Vietnamese experts and entrepreneurs.
Additionally, we visited the highly successful factory of Ms. Diem Kieu, a Vietnamese entrepreneur in Australia. Her facility specializes in food production and directly supplies major Australian supermarket chains such as Woolworths, Coles, Aldi, and IGA.
The most wonderful lesson learned from her was her philosophy of treating employees and managing the company with genuine love. To her, employees are family and, in a sense, the real “bosses.” This allows her to be away for extended periods without worrying about the operations.
Throughout the tour, we noticed recipes and seasoning formulas publicly displayed everywhere, and photography was freely allowed. She shared that even if the formulas are known, the next challenges—meeting Australia’s stringent production standards and successfully penetrating major retail systems—require immense skill. To her, the ultimate “skill” is persistence—never giving up. Despite current monthly revenues of 3-4 million dollars, she revealed that she once faced bankruptcy and had to sell her home to pursue her goals to the very end.
We also visited and worked with Western Sydney University, where many of Vietnam’s successful entrepreneurs were trained.
