From October 24–26, 2025 in Quang Ninh, the training program “Breakthrough Leadership for Success” organized by My Duc Minh Company was successfully held for business owners.
The program was coordinated with Quang Ninh Department of Science and Technology, the Startup Entrepreneurs Club, Women Entrepreneurs Club, bringing together nearly 30 business owners from various provinces and cities nationwide and affiliated ecosystems.
The program saw the participation of leaders and business families from Gia Lai province sent by the Department of Science and Technology; Entrepreneurs from Hanoi; Businesses that are members of the National Startup Advisory Council; Entrepreneurs from Ho Chi Minh City.
Additionally, the program was supported by business owners from: Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Ho Chi Minh City, Dak Lak, Hanoi, who participated as volunteer training support.
Ms. Le Thi Huyen – Owner of a green tea wine production business, shared: “Grateful to Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong, who dared to believe, dared to act, and always thought of his fellow entrepreneurs, bringing this incredibly valuable training program to Quang Ninh. He is a true leader: where his heart is, there his actions are. Grateful to the teacher for imparting lessons that truly touched deeply and are very much needed by everyone, not just leaders and business owners. Indeed, to innovate and create, one truly needs to break through, be reborn, and transform. The core of a truly successful business requires love and gratitude within each person.”
Mr. Vu Quoc Hung – Deputy Director of Luna cruise (a 5-star cruise in Quang Ninh), shared: “I have attended many knowledge and skill training courses since 2017, but I always felt like I hadn’t been able to apply what I learned. After completing this program, I realized that everything I needed was already within me, but I hadn’t known how to unlock it. It’s been a long time since I cried today, because whenever I faced difficulties, I always told myself to hold it in. Two words I’ve engraved in my heart from this program are ‘Enlightenment’ and ‘Awakening’ my true self. This is an opportunity for me to truly find myself again.”
Ms. Thanh Van – Owner of a pottery business in Gia Lai, shared: ” Grateful that I was fortunate enough to be sent by the Department of Science and Technology of Gia Lai province, and I hope the program will soon be brought back and organized right in my hometown, Quy Nhon – Gia Lai.”
Based on feedback received from trainees: The program is highly valued for its practical benefits; It fostered connections among entrepreneurs from various regions; Contributed to enhancing leadership capacity and entrepreneurial development mindset; there is a desire for it to be widely shared and for the program to be brought to their own provinces.
