From March 27–29, 2026, in Ho Chi Minh City, the training program SBLT (Success Breakout Leadership Training) – Breakthrough Success Leaders was successfully organized. This is a collaborative program between: My Duc Minh Company, Saigon Innovation Hub (SIHUB), LQT Contemporary Entrepreneur Academy. The program gathered entrepreneurs, trainers, and startups from various ecosystems. Highlight: Majority male participation – a rare sight in similar programs. Participation of young startups aged 19–20.
Additionally, the program featured: Ms. O My Phuong (Action Leader Team); Ms. Nhung Vu (entrepreneur, mother of 5). Indochina Junk Ha Long Company continued to send key personnel; 03 trainers and female entrepreneurs joined through connections with former students, including one participant who flew from the UK to attend; Ms. My Hoa and her husband – grape growers and wine producers in Ninh Thuan (Khanh Hoa), sent their 26-year-old daughter and 23-year-old son to participate in the program for family business succession orientation.
Accompanying the program were entrepreneurs from Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Dong Nai, who volunteered to support the training activities. Highlights of this program: Young and dynamic entrepreneurs; Strong desire for success; Spirit of patriotism and non-stop creativity. After the program concluded, student representatives shared their feelings:
Mr. Le Hoang Nguyen – startup student, LQT Contemporary Entrepreneur Academy: “Initially, I hesitated to go because I couldn’t find any information about the program online, no advertisements anywhere, and the trainer wasn’t a PhD. But after participating fully, I feel extremely lucky to have joined this program.”
Ms. Tran Thi Hai – CEO of Kim Tam Cat Company – shared: “I have attended many training programs and witnessed many people studying a lot, but in reality, what we do daily and how we handle situations doesn’t match what was learned; the results don’t improve. Only then do you truly know how to live and work to achieve true Success and Happiness.”
Based on student feedback: All students hope the program spreads widely; they evaluate it as a significant program for business owners; they wish to introduce and bring their relatives to participate in future programs.
